Saturday Night Show
Get ready to rock the night away with a FREE live concert by Deborah Gibson on the Harry Chapin Rainbow Stage! Saturday, October 6 beginning at 7p.

Microbrew Beer and Long Island Wine Tasting Pavilion
Beer-enthusiasts, wine connoisseurs and average-joes alike will flock to the Beer & Wine Tasting Pavilion! Enjoy scores of microbrews from around the globe! Long Island vineyards are highlighted here as well where guests can enjoy a large variety of selections from the region. The beer & wine tasting tents are joined in the center forming the Beer & Wine Pavilion where adult Festival-goers can relax and enjoy their tastings. Benches, tables and chairs round out this very popular picnic area.

Read-a-Thon
For your entertainment pleasure there will also be a read-a-thon on Saturday afternoon at the playground area sponsored by the Town of Huntington. Join Councilwoman Susan A. Berland and the Sheryl Steinberg-Collins Foundation for a “Read-a-thon” in the Heckscher Park playground! Volunteers and guest celebrity readers such as Supervisor Frank Petrone, Councilman Stuart Besen and Councilwoman Glenda A. Jackson will be on hand to read old classics or new favorites! Stay for a story or stay for an hour! Saturday, October 3rd from 12-3 p.m.

Celebrity Autograph Signings
Come meet and get an autograph from Marty Lyons formerly of the Jets Football Team on Saturday between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m. at the Verizon tent. On Sunday you can meet a soap opera star, or get a massage or manicure at the “Soapnet” section of the Verizon area as well.

Columbus Day Parade
Sunday, October 12th at 12:30p – Sponsored by the Order Sons of Italy in America , the Columbus Day Parade will march down Main Street Huntington from Huntington Town Hall to the Christopher Columbus Statue. 

Meatball Eating Contest
Sunday, October 7th at 5p in Heckscher Park – Sponsored by the Order Sons of Italy in America and Rosa ’s Pizza. $5 to enter. Grand prize TBA. We are only accepting 20 applicants. If you would like to sign up, please click here or visit Rosa ’s Pizza – 313 Main Street , Huntington Village.

Visit the Festival Pony Rides! Every child loves to ride a pony!

Farmer's Market
Discover fresh produce, homemade jams, baked breads, roasted peppers, autumn plants, tasty pickles and much more, supplied exclusively from Long Island ’s own farms, bakeries and nurseries. Experience the aromas and outdoor market atmosphere as thousands purchase these delicious specialties. Children will have the chance to paint pumpkins sponsored by the Boy Scouts!

International Food Courts
Smell the mouth-watering aromas radiating from the two huge Festival food courts. Local Huntington restaurants serve thousands of hungry visitors the most delectable and varied cuisine. One Food Court is located on the corner of Madison and Prime. The other is located near the carnival in the park.

Historical Exhibitions
This engaging area of our festival showcases the fascinating heritage of Huntington . On exhibit are old world crafters and the famous Huntington Militia with a complete re-enactment of a revolutionary encampment.
